Welcome to MotR

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MotR platform, including the MotR consumer app, MotR Secure and MotR Fleet (the "Service"), provided by MotR ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your statutory rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Using the Service

You agree to use the Service lawfully. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not permitted. Vehicle data shown in the Service is provided for information only and does not constitute a guarantee of title or condition.

MotR Secure and MotR Fleet

Additional terms apply to MotR Secure (hardware and subscription) and MotR Fleet (commercial fleet management), set out in the MotR Secure Terms and MotR Fleet Terms. Where there is a conflict, the specific terms prevail.

Fees and subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Subscription Terms. We may change fees with reasonable notice.

Our responsibilities

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for events outside our control. Our liability is limited as set out in the Limitation of Liability section and applicable law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, content and software, is owned by MotR or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer it except as necessary to use the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
