Commercial terms for business customers
These Commercial Terms apply to business customers of MotR Fleet and any MotR service supplied on commercial terms. They supplement the MotR Terms & Conditions.
Orders and quotes
Commercial services are provided under a quote, order form or signed agreement. The scope, fees and term are set out in that document. A quote is valid for the period stated on it.
Invoicing and payment
Invoices are issued in advance and are payable within the period stated on the invoice, unless agreed otherwise. We may charge interest on late payment at the statutory rate. All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Changes
You may request changes to scope; we will confirm any effect on fees and timeline. We may change standard pricing with reasonable notice, taking effect at the next renewal after notice.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, maintain your account securely, and ensure your use complies with law, including data protection obligations for any drivers you track.
Controller and processor roles
Where MotR processes tracking or driver data solely on the documented instructions of a business customer, MotR may act as processor and the business customer may act as controller. Where MotR determines its own purposes and means for processing — including account administration, billing, fraud and security, legal compliance, customer support records, service administration and MotR's own necessary business records — MotR may act as controller. The specific controller/processor allocation is set out in the Fleet Data Processing Addendum.
Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in the Limitation of Liability section of the MotR Terms. For commercial customers, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.
MotR is a trading name of HELPYR LTD (company number 17109208), registered office: Gladstone Road, Chester, CH1 4BY, United Kingdom. For questions about this document, contact contact@motr.uk.
