Delivering your tracker
This Delivery Policy applies to MotR Secure hardware ordered through MotR.
Dispatch
In-stock devices are normally dispatched within two working days of an accepted order. If there is a delay, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund before dispatch.
Delivery times
UK delivery is typically within a further two to four working days. Times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will provide tracking information where available.
Delivery address
Please provide a safe delivery address. We are not responsible for items lost after confirmed delivery to the address you provide.
Missed delivery
If delivery is missed, the courier will usually leave a card with rearrangement instructions. Items returned to us undelivered can be re-sent; we may pass on any additional carriage charge.
Professional installation
For Pro devices, the device is normally fitted as part of the installation appointment rather than sent to you separately.
